Like the Time Lord off of the telly,
 The Modernist magazine never dies,
it takes on a new form, regenerates,
gets some new companions and heads off
 on a thrilling new adventure.
After eight issues and two years,
 our resident designer, Jonathan Hitchen
has passed on the propelling pencil
to our new companions, Daniel James
 and Jacob Critchley (of birthday
 and Rueville design respectively)
 working together as team ‘19.
team ‘19 have pushed and pulled,
tweaked and stretched the magazine and yes,
like BBC2 in 1967 we have gone colour.
So, you’d better make sure you have a license.
Our editorial team has also transformed
and is now working in collaboration
with a team of guest editors who
will each take one issue and lend
the magazine their voice and their own
take on the world of Modernism.
First up is Hannah Neate. Hannah
 is cultural and historical geographer
 with particular interests in geographies
of art and architecture. Amongst other things,
her research examines how special interest groups
and broad publics experience, value, and campaign
for post-war modernist architecture and this resulted
 in the publication Modern Futures.
So, put on your dust jacket,
 get out your library cards,
open up your box files and delve into issue 29 - inventory.

Jonathan Hitchen
Daniel James
 和Jacob Critchley(分别为生日和Rueville设计)作为团队一起工作。
